1. Product purpose and scope of application:
The machine tool is an automatic special machine tool designed for processing the ends of the steel pipe of the idler of the belt conveyor. It is suitable for various types of idlers (cast iron or stamping bearing seat) produced at home and abroad.The machine tool adopts mechanical fast clamping device, which is reliable; The clamping force adjustment is simple and convenient. The tool feed is hydraulically driven and can be adjusted steplessly; The left and right feed cylinders adopt hydraulic synchronous circuit, which can feed and retract the tool at the same time. Radial feed adopts manual, which can be accurately adjusted according to machining requirements. It is also equipped with a hydraulic automatic tool letting mechanism to automatically let the tool when the tool is fed to the predetermined position to avoid scratching the machined surface. In terms of electrical control, the control system with imported programmable controller (PLC) as the core is adopted. The equipment has wide application range, strong reliability and high work efficiency, and is especially suitable for the processing and production of batch idler.
2. Hydraulic system:
The oil pump pressure is 6.3MPa and the flow is 25L / min. The working pressure of the system is 2.5-4mpa. The pressure can be changed by adjusting the overflow valve.
3.The external power supply of the electrical cabinet is three-phase 380V, 50Hz AC.Turn on the power supply and the indicator light is on.
Press the clamping button to move inward on the sliding seat, and press the release button to move outward on the sliding seat. If the movement direction is opposite, any two wires of the three-phase line of the motor shall be replaced. Press the hydraulic button once to start the hydraulic, and then press it again to stop. When the system is powered on, it is stopped by default. The spindle button is the same as the hydraulic button.
PLC is the center of equipment control system. Its internal structure is high-precision and large-scale integrated circuit. Special attention should be paid to maintenance. Do not place in places with high temperature, humidity, vibration or impact. During transportation, shockproof measures shall be taken to minimize vibration. Do not use corrosive solvents to scrub the casing. Pay attention not to drop wires, screws and other sporadic items into the casing, and conduct regular inspection to solve the problems in time.
When the equipment arrives at the destination, carry out horizontal measurement to ensure that the base is horizontal and stable. Insert the aviation plug into the corresponding hole and lock it according to the electrical diagram. When installing the hydraulic system, pay attention to the cleanliness of each oil pipe, do not bring dirt into the oil pipe or connector, and the connection of each control pipeline shall be correct, safe and reliable. The oil tank shall be cleaned and enough hydraulic oil shall be added as required. Sufficient lubricating oil shall be added to each oil hole.
