Product Description:
1. Product structure:
Headstock (see the schematic diagram): it is installed on the left and right sliding seats, symmetrical left and right. Its main function is to locate the workpiece and realize the main movement. Main drive part: the main motor drives the main shaft to rotate. Left and right tool feeding part: it is installed on the left and right sliding seats and driven by the oil cylinder to realize the working feed and rapid return of tools. It is driven by the tool giving cylinder to realize the tool giving movement. The radial feeding adopts manual screw mechanism, and the feeding accuracy is 0.05mm per grid. Sliding seat drive and buffer device: the motor drives the lead screw to drive the sliding seat, and the workpiece is clamped and relaxed through the buffer device. The hydraulic station provides energy for feeding, withdrawing and moving the tool cylinder, and the feed speed can be adjusted.
2. Applicable conditions of the product:
The working environment of the equipment is - 20 ℃ to + 55 ℃, where there is no dust and various corrosive media.
3. Electrical system:
The external power supply of the electrical cabinet is three-phase 380V, 50Hz AC.Turn on the power supply and the indicator light is on. Press the clamping button to move inward on the sliding seat, and press the release button to move outward on the sliding seat. If the movement direction is opposite, any two wires of the three-phase line of the motor shall be replaced. Press the hydraulic button once to start the hydraulic, and then press it again to stop. When the system is powered on, it is stopped by default. The spindle button is the same as the hydraulic button. PLC is the center of equipment control system. Its internal structure is high-precision and large-scale integrated circuit. Special attention should be paid to maintenance. Do not place in places with high temperature, humidity, vibration or impact. During transportation, shockproof measures shall be taken to minimize vibration. Do not use corrosive solvents to scrub the casing. Pay attention not to drop wires, screws and other sporadic items into the casing, and conduct regularinspection to solve the problems in time.
