Product Description:
800W geomembrane welding machine is hot wedge welder for welding HDPE, LDPE, EVA, PVC, ECB, PP thermo plastic materials, which is used in waterproofing projects like tunnels, subway, water conservancy, farming, solid waste landfills, chemical mining industry, sewage treatment, roofing and so on.
The temperature control part of the welding machine uses automatic thermostatic control: high control accuracy and small temperature fluctuations. Speed control is driven by an automatic regulated speed circuit: DC servo motor. The output torque is large to make sure the walking smooth. Keep speed constant when climbing, vertical crawling, and road load change. The working performance of this series of welding machines is stable and is not affected by changes in external temperature and voltage. This welding machine performance is excellent, easy to operate, welding efficiency is high, welding quality is good.
Replacement of motor
Remove all screws on housing, remove front end cover to remove housing, remove the 4-M5 installation screws on the support, remove the main chain cover (14) and separate the upper and lower support. Remove the covering on the bottom of upper support and weld connection between motor and fuse holder, screw off the 2-M5 installation screws of the motor, take off motor and replace a new one. Weld back the removed wires and reassemble on the opposite sequence (Note: keep upper and lower pressure roller is parallel during assembling.).
