BT series geomembrane welding machine is a new type of welding machine developed by Hefei Fuyun Environmental Sci-Tech Co., ltd. It meets the welding of geomembrane with different thickness and is suitable for the welding of all hot-melt materials such as PE, PVC, HDPE, EVA and PP. The temperature control part of this series of welding machine adopts automatic constant temperature PID control; High control precision and small temperature fluctuation. The speed control part adopts pulse width modulation (PWM) automatic voltage stabilizing and speed stabilizing circuit; Driven by DC servo motor, the output torque is large and the walking is stable. It can keep the speed constant when climbing and road load change. This series of welder has stable working performance and is not affected by external temperature and voltage changes. The machine has excellent performance, convenient operation, high welding speed and good welding quality. It is mainly used for welding ultra thick materials such as landfill.
