Product Description:
Landfill is a kind of garbage centralized dump under the sanitary landfill. Because of its low cost and good sanitation, it is widely used in domestic market. At present, the largest landfill in China is Xingfeng landfill in Guangzhou, which deals with about 7000 tons of domestic waste per day.
The construction of landfill site includes site selection, design, construction, entry conditions of landfill waste, operation, closure, later maintenance and management, pollutant control and monitoring.
Key Points Of Construction:
1. Underground drainage system: the underground guide channel consists of HDPE pipe and pebble trapezoid channel. HDPE pipe is laid in pebble trapezoid channel with particle diameter size of 50mm-120mm, and the trapezoidal channel is covered with 270g/m2 geotextile.
2. Seepage prevention at the bottom of the site: the site leveling and base treatment are completed according to the design height and slope. After the underground drainage system is implemented, the construction of the anti-seepage layer is carried out. The main anti-seepage material is 1.5mm thick HDPE anti-seepage composite membrane.
3. Slope anti-seepage: 1.5mm thick HDPE anti-seepage membrane and HDPE anti-seepage geotextile are laid along the bottom line of the pit in the landfill area, and fixed with anchor ditch at the pit mouth of the landfill area.
4. Leachate collection system: after the completion of the anti-seepage project in the landfill area, the leachate collection system project will be implemented.
5. Landfill gas guide system: waste gas pipe, consisting of lead wire cage, gabion and polypropylene hollow conduit, is connected with the leachate guide layer. The laying of the gas guide pipe increases gradually with the rise of the landfill operation surface layer by layer, and the discharge outlet is 1m higher than the top of the final cladding.
Geotechnical Requirements
The landfill site is generally treated with anti-seepage treatment, which adopts 5 layers of geotextile, drainage network, waterproof blanket, geomembrane, and then a layer of geotextile. The waste is treated by the method of layered covering soil landfill, which is easy to reduce the pollution of waste by stacking a layer of waste and then covering a layer of loess.
