FUYUN geocell is made of a new type of high strength geosynthetics, which is popular with both domestic and abroad, in accordance with ASTM implemenation of the standards, which welding the strengthened HDPE sheets by the high-power ultrasonic and forming to be a structure of three-dimensional reticular formation. Easily folding and convenient for transportation. When be in construction,the geocell can be pull into a network and launched into a three-dimensional honeycomb grid.As it filled in sol,macadam,concrete or other granular materials,constituted to be a construction which has strong sidewise restraint and high rate of stiffness.
Plastic HDPE geocell is three dimensional, honeycomb like structures manufactured from high density polyethylene and jointly welded by ultrasonic technique. It is flexible to fold during the transport and installation on construction site. The geocell nets will be filled with soils, granular, cements or other on-site infill materials when stretched into web structures, which has powerful and rigid confinement in the lateral and vertical sides.
It is retractable, and can be folded up in transportation, when the use of the expansion and filling of soil, stone and concrete, with a strong lateral constraints and stiffness of the structure. It can be used as a cushion to increase the bearing capacity of soft foundation, and laid on the slope to form a slope protection structure, and also can be used to build retaining structure.
