Production Description:
Geomembrane are the low permeable synthetic membrane pond liners which are widely used for Farm. Geomembrane hdpe pond liner are made of finest quality HDPE with specially formulated, virgin polyethylene resin, combined with specified quantity carbon black, antioxidant, anti-aging agent and UV resistance components, which make our geomembrane hdpe pond liner with excellent resistance to UV radiation and is suitable for exposed conditions. Geomembrane hdpe pond liner are fabricated by automatic production lines and three layered pressing technology in accordance with GRI GM13 standard. Compared with traditional concrete, asphalt and compacted clay, Geomembrane have proven to be far more cost effective, environmentally safe, excellent durable, chemically resistant, fast deployment and easy transportation..
HDPE textured geomembranes are available with either single- or double-sided textured surface which exhibit superior shear strength and the high multi-axial performance. The textured surface processing is the only one that produces a textured material without significant reduction of any physical properties. The product allows project for greater slopes to be designed since frictional characteristics are enhanced. Compared with smooth HDPE geomembranes, they have better friction features. The manufacturing of HDPE geomembrane textured contains approximately 97.5% polyethylene, 2.5% carbon black and trace amounts of anti-oxidants and heat stabilizers, no other additives, fillers or extenders are used. The textured surface is processed by spraying system.
