Production Description:
This machine unit is for making geomembrane, it includes 7 parts: Single screw plastic extruder (three sets), Die Head Part, Cooling system, Traction device, Herringbone Plate Device, Geomembrane coiler, and Electrical configuration.
The screw used in the main engine is the high plasticized and large extrusion screw specially designed by our company. The main engine reducer is equipped with involute hard tooth face wheel box according to high reliability. It has low noise, high transmission efficiency, stable operation and durability. The cooling fan is controlled by frequency converter, which can fine adjust the air volume, save energy and reduce consumption, and improve the quality of products. According to customer's needs, internal cooling device can be added.
Internal cooling control system is mainly composed of internal cooling air ring, variable frequency control intake fan, variable frequency control return fan, imported ultrasonic sensor, electrical control system and pipeline accessories. The ultrasonic probe adopts imported high-precision ultrasonic sensor. The sensor has non-linear temperature compensation function, so that the measurement accuracy meets the sampling requirements. The simulation accuracy of intake and outflow fan frequency converter is (+0.3%). Thus, the fan speed can be accurately controlled, and the air flow and pressure in and out can be accurately controlled. The electric control system adopts imported professional industrial PC control system, adopts floating-point arithmetic PID control, input analog filtering, eliminates jitter, and accurately controls the air flow in and out. The resolution is 1/4096 and the cycle is less than 5 ms.
The internal cooling control system is easy to operate and free of system debugging. In the process of production, the parameters of film width are input through the operation panel, so that the film specifications can be easily modified. The control process is automatically completed by program control, and the internal cooling parameters can be set according to the formula of film products.
