Production Description:
This machine unit is for making geomembrane, it includes 7 parts: Single screw plastic extruder (three sets), Die Head Part, Cooling system, Traction device, Herringbone Plate Device, Geomembrane coiler, and Electrical configuration.
The screw used in the main engine is the high plasticized and large extrusion screw specially designed by our company. The main engine reducer is equipped with involute hard tooth face wheel box according to high reliability. It has low noise, high transmission efficiency, stable operation and durability. Traction device:
All the traction rolls and coiling rolls are checked and corrected by dynamic balance in the process of processing. Make the machine more stable, roll film smoother.

Cooling system:
The cooling fan is controlled by frequency converter, which can fine adjust the air volume, save energy and reduce consumption, and improve the quality of products. According to customer's needs, internal cooling device can be added.
IBC Internal Cooling Control System: By controlling the air inside and outside the bubble to achieve exchange balance, so that the air inside and outside the bubble to achieve exchange.
