SWT-NS series geo-membrane welding machine is our new developed products, which can weld geo-membrane of various thickness and are applicable for welding of all thermal-fused material such as LDPE, PVC, HDPE, EVA, PP and so on.Hot Wedge Welder is small, light, high welding efficient. This hot wedge welder is available for welding HDPE, LDPE ,EVA ,PVC, ECB, PP and other hot melt materials.
The machine uses an advanced hot-wedge structure , it may be of different material properties for a variety of different sizes and thickness of products welding geomembrane into contact suitable of HDPE , of LDPE , of PVC , E VA , PP and all thermofusible material welding. The temperature control part of this series of welding machines adopts automatic circuit constant temperature D ID control, which has high control accuracy and small temperature fluctuations . The speed control part adopts pulse width modulation (PWM) to maintain a constant temperature when the speed is automatically stabilized . This series of welding machines have stable working performance, convenient operation, high welding efficiency and strong reliability . They are widely used in highways, railways, tunnels, reservoirs, drains, sewage ponds, landfills, building waterproofing and other projects..
